He combines deep scientific expertise with leadership in company strategy, industry partnerships, and translational innovation.

  • Jeanne Barthold

    Co-Founder & COO. Scientist-entrepreneur with a PhD in biomaterials, Jeanne leads TissueForm’s operations, product development, and commercialization strategy. She has successfully led the company’s SBIR awards, guided participation in national accelerator programs, and manages a cross-functional team advancing Allovia from concept to clinic.

  • Juliet Heye

    R&D Lead. Biomedical engineer with industry experience in R&D, quality, and compliance for FDA-approved devices. Juliet leads TissueForm’s cGMP manufacturing efforts for Allovia while supporting the co-founders and advancing next-generation products. She brings expertise from Cook Biotech and Nexxt Spine and continues her PhD work at CU Boulder.
